This program is part of the Pulitzer Prizes Centennial Campfires Initiative, a joint venture among the Pulitzer Prizes Board, the Federation of State Humanities Council, and Humanities Iowa in celebration of the 2016 centennial of the awarding of the Pulitzer Prizes.
HI is pleased to announce its receipt of $15,000 NEH grant fund in support of its project: Humanities and the Legacy of Race and Ethnicity. HI plans to hold two moderated discussions in Sioux City and Waterloo involving race and policing. The events are proposed to be held next spring. Please stay tuned for more information.
